The Short Story

Tony is a Content Manager and Content Strategist with years of experience within the digital marketing space. My unique perspective combines my experiences as an artist, screenwriter, production editor, and product manager to create first-class content, grow revenue, and improve the relationship between the company and its core users. I am a dedicated and loyal team player who attacks his work with enthusiasm, rigor, and a sense of humor. I bring creative and innovative energy to build strong teams that will perform at the highest level.

Tony (aka Anthony L. Greene) wrote and sold 17 screenplays that were produced for Showtime, SyFy Channel, ION Television, and direct-to-DVD. Wrote over 80 episodes of various series for HBO, Cinemax, and Playboy Channel. Wrote and produced pilots for Shane West and Sherman Hemsley. Experience includes spec sales, writing assignments, hired rewrites, and network promos.

Create and manage EV content in the electric mobility space for multiple subsidiaries under the Ideanomics (NASDAQ: IDEX) umbrella, including Solectrac (electric tractors), US Hybrid (electric and hydrogen fuel cell vehicle components), and WAVE (wireless commercial vehicle charging).

EVgo Fast Charging

April 2019 - April 2020

Managed and created customer-facing content, including videos for EVgo website and YouTube, and video and graphic design work for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Responsibilities included strategic content brainstorming and planning, writing video scripts, conducting photo and video shoots, editing in Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro, overseeing freelance video productions and editing process. Collaborated with the marketing team to rebrand the company, gave direction to the third party web design firm building EVgo’s new website and app.

Manage article and video content for the Automotive Vertical at Internet Brands. Daily responsibilities include setting the editorial and strategic content direction for a portfolio of sites with varied audiences, hiring and managing a team of 6 in house editors and more than 50 freelance writers, write video scripts, shoot video footage, liaison with third party video editing company, track content performance, user behavior, and traffic patterns, make strategic decisions based on user metrics.
